Those systems are using the domain name "ampr.jp". Since JUNET does not recognize this domain (of course), you have to address them as jj1bdx%jg1bll.ampr.jp@marina.juice. (marina is a site which does a gateway service between Radio TCP/IP network and JUICEnet.) The legal issue, however, still exists on information transfer between ham-radio-basis computer networks and landline-basis one. I personally think that the authority will take a VERY LONG TIME to legalize this gateway connection, even though they may not punish for this action.
